DustyJewelz operates from multiple warehouses located in Australia and Singapore. This strategic distribution allows for efficient shipping of products to various locations. As a result, customers may receive their orders in multiple shipments. Rest assured, any remaining items from your order will also be dispatched promptly.

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we accept returns or exchanges if the affected product is eligible and returned within 14 days of receiving it.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping fee (and the re-shipping fee of the replacement product and any potential taxes incurred, if you opt for an exchange). If you opt for a return, please note that your original shipping fee is not refundable.

We accept returns and exchanges on:

  • Ear cuffs
  • Dreadlock Jewellery

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns and exchanges on:

  • Piercing jewellery (earrings, clickers, threadless ends, flat back posts)
  • Stretched ear jewellery (plugs, tunnels, saddle hangers, hangers, ring stacks & lobe cuffs
  • Lip and nose rings
  • Belly / Nipple Rings
