🌍 Where We Ship From
Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Australia and Singapore depending on product availability and stock levels.
⏱ Processing Times
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods, promotions or public holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer.
If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
🧧 Lunar New Year Notice
Some of our suppliers and shipping partners will be celebrating the Lunar New Year holiday between February 11th and February 23rd.
While we continue dispatching orders daily, certain restocks and international deliveries may take a little longer during this period.
Shipping speeds are expected to return to normal shortly after operations resume.

🧾 Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes or postal handling fees determined by the destination country.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
DustyJewelz has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
🇪🇺 European Union (EU) Customers – Important
If you are located in the EU, your postal or customs authority may contact you (by email, SMS or letter) to collect VAT or handling charges before delivery.
To avoid delays, please follow their payment instructions.
If a parcel is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges, original shipping costs and any return fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
📬 Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
🚚 Delivery Delays
Delays caused by customs, postal services, weather or peak periods are outside our control.
We appreciate your patience if they occur.
🚫 Undeliverable or Refused Parcels
If an order is returned due to:
• unpaid customs/VAT
• incorrect address
• failure to collect
• refusal of delivery
return shipping costs and original postage will be deducted from the refund.
🇧🇷 Shipping to Brazil
We are currently unable to ship to Brazil due to delivery fulfilment challenges and local postal charges.
