Ear saddles or saddle hangers are a type of stretched ear jewellery that – unlike plugs or tunnels – are designed without a fully closed circle. 

Similar to plugs and tunnels, you can either insert the ear saddles from the back of the ear or the front. Place the ear saddle between your index finger and your thumb. Give your earlobes a little stretch and begin inserting one flared end into your piercing.
