They are available in 0.8mm (20ga) and 1.0mm (18ga) ring thicknesses and in 8mm or 10mm internal diameters.

This open hoop is perfect for nose, septum, cartilage, and lip rings. Whether you have a piercing or not, you may use this hoop as a nose ring, cartilage hoop, earring, septum ring, and lip ring.

How To Use It as a Nose Hoop
Simply insert and slide the opening of the hoop from the inside of your nostril. Slide the ring until the flat disc on the end is resting against the inside of your nostril.
